Adam Hersh is multi-state licensed attorney who strives to create solutions for complex business problems. Adam has the unique position of serving as lead litigation and transactional counsel for businesses of all sizes. This unique experience allows for a different perspective, to see both how contracts need to be negotiated, as well as what happens when a dispute arises. Whether it be in litigation, contract negotiation, business relationships, and/or the management and negotiation of critical business contracts. Adam aggressively manages and solves complex business problems. Adam has appeared and or litigated cases throughout the United States in various Federal and State Courts. Within the State of Florida, Adam has litigated landmark cases for several Florida business statutes. Adam attended law school at the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he graduated cum laude. Adam is also the founder and president of Blue Chip Law® and Blue Chip Books™. In his personal life, Adam is an avid sports fan and is a season ticket holder of the Florida Gators, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Tampa Bay Lightning. - Served as lead counsel in obtaining an order granting dismissal in favor of our client, a publicly traded company, in federal court.
- Served as lead counsel in obtaining an order granting dismissal of a counterclaim wrongfully brought against our client, a professional athlete.
- Served as general counsel for client and while successfully overseeing sale of company to the private equity firm Warburg Pincus LLC.
- Served as general counsel for client with approximately 500 employees worldwide.
- Successfully obtained an Emergency Injunction from a Federal Judge in connection and successfully obtained the property in question in an automobile dealership scam.
- Successfully obtained the appointment of a court appointed receiver to take over business operations from an opposing business partner.
- Successfully obtained the appointment of a court appointed receiver to oversee operations of a tenet while representing the landlord.
- Successfully defended against the appointment of a court appointed receiver brought against my client, by former shareholders.
- Served as lead counsel in an order granting summary judgment in my client’s favor in pursuing improper distributions taken by a business partner.
- Successfully obtained on multiple occasions an Emergency Injunction against former employees of my client(s) for conduct following termination.
- Served as lead trial counsel in successfully pursing and obtaining a final judgment in my client’s favor in a conversion of monies action.
